After earning a master’s degree from the London School of Economics, Charlotte embarked on her professional journey at S&P Global, where she spent two years on the shipping desk—a sector she still holds dear (fun fact: 90% of all goods travel by ship, including your questionable late-night online purchases).
After two thrilling years of remote work and a pandemic-induced love affair with sweatpants, Charlotte joined Capstone’s European Energy team. Now a Vice President, she advises clients on everything from EU climate and industrial policy to hydrogen, chemicals, low-carbon fuels, and water—basically, if it is part of the green revolution, Charlotte is on it. Most importantly, she feels incredibly lucky to work with a brilliant team that keeps her learning (and laughing).
Her favorite thing about the job? Getting to dive into intense projects and learn something new every day—whether it is the latest on hydrogen policy or how to explain it to someone who is only half-listening on Zoom.
The most important thing she has learned since starting at Capstone? The poetry of PowerPoint.
Finally, as Capstone’s inaugural team member in Paris, Charlotte is ready to welcome colleagues to the City of Lights with a curated list of culinary hotspots and niche exhibitions.
