Zach joins Capstone as a Senior Associate on the Financial Services team, where he advises private equity and investor clients on banking and professional services regulations.
Before joining Capstone, Zach was a Researcher at Bublup, a technology startup in Arlington, VA, where he collaborated with software developers to launch innovative features. After four years at Bublup, Zach left to attend law school in North Carolina. While there, he completed summer associateships at Adobe and JPMorgan, focusing on public sector contracting, regulatory compliance, and securities rules.
Zach holds a B.A. in political science from The George Washington University and earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. Outside of work, he enjoys distance running along the Mount Vernon Trail and cycling.
