Walker Livingston is a Vice President on Capstone’s Energy team. He advises clients on issues across the energy and environmental regulation spectrum, including PFAS, chemical, and plastics regulation.
Before joining Capstone, Walker worked at AgencyIQ, the regulatory analysis arm of POLITICO and as an associate attorney in a boutique executive employment litigation firm. He received a B.A. from the George Washington University in International Affairs and a law degree from American University Washington College of Law.
