Tom joined Capstone in 2024 as a Senior Associate on the London Financial and Business Services team. He works primarily with private equity investors and corporate clients, providing strategic advisory services and regulatory due diligence for buy-side, sell-side, and M&A transactions in the UK and Europe.
Prior to joining Capstone, Tom spent two years in financial services consulting at Deloitte. He began his career at HM Treasury, where he spearheaded the development and rollout of the “biggest business tax cut in modern British history” – the super-deduction.
Tom studied International Relations at the University of Nottingham.
