Monica is a Director of Capstone’s Energy team. She joined the firm in 2021.
Prior to joining Capstone, Monica spent three years working in the Global Energy Investment Banking Group at Citigroup and Deutsche Bank, where she focused on M&A advisory work and public capital raises across different oil and gas verticals.
Monica received an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a dual degree in finance and international business from the University of Delaware. She resides in Houston with her family.
