Mariana joined Capstone in 2024 and is Vice President of the Outreach and Events team.
Before joining Capstone, Mariana served on the 2024 Republican National Convention, specializing in delegate experience for the 50,000 attendees. Leading up to her convention experience, she spent her career managing political memberships and events.
Mariana earned a bachelor’s in government and world affairs from the University of Tampa and minored in French. Originally from Florida, she now lives with her husband in Northern Virginia.
