Lucas joined Capstone in 2024 and is a Vice President of Corporate Development. He collaborates with corporations in energy, healthcare, and other sectors, providing market insights and advising on policy and regulatory trends to leverage potential opportunities.
Before joining Capstone, Lucas held roles based in Chicago and Washington, DC, leading sponsored partnerships at POLITICO for top state bureaus. Before that, he managed speaker engagement portfolios at Keppler speakers for figures such as Chris Wallace, Scott Kelly, and Soledad O’Brien. Originally from Madrid, Spain, Lucas moved to Alexandria, VA, before earning a BA from Wake Forest University.
