JP joined Capstone in 2025 as a Vice President on the Financial Services team.
Prior to joining, JP worked at the Federal Reserve in their Novel Activities Supervision Program as a Financial Institution Policy Analyst where he was responsible for monitoring banks engaging in banking-as-a-service (BaaS) activity and project management initiatives for the program. Prior to his time at the Federal Reserve, JP spent six years in the management consulting industry, primarily at Accenture, but also at Protiviti and Guidehouse. During his time in consulting, he worked on projects for financial services clients navigating them through regulatory consent orders and market research projects on various strategic initiatives in the payments and banking industries.
During his time in consulting, JP was also responsible for various business development initiatives like conducting research on regulatory topics within financial services for white papers and managing and facilitating the practice’s town halls.
JP has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and a minor in Information Systems from Loyola University Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business and Management. During his time at Loyola, JP maintained various leadership positions on campus and was a AFSAUSSS (Association of Former Agents of the Secret Service) Scholarship Award Winner which is a scholarship granted to members of the Secret Service family that display leadership qualities and academic achievement
