Jack is a Senior Associate on Capstone’s Energy team. He advises clients on policy issues including pipeline development, transmission buildout, and related infrastructure topics. He also follows market developments in CAISO and the Western Interconnection, upstream oil & gas special situations, FERC regulations, utilities special situations such as wildfires, and data center developments.
Before joining Capstone, Jack covered tax equity financing and assorted corporate finance topics at NextEra Energy. He also worked at the energy-focused lobbying firm ClearPath and in the US House of Representatives.
Jack received a BA in environmental policy and a BBA in finance from The College of William & Mary.
