Emily Tucker

Vice President

Emily is a Vice President on Capstone’s energy team. She advises clients on topics across the energy and environmental policy landscape, including clean energy tax credits, environmental regulations, and carbon management.

Prior to joining Capstone, Emily worked on U.S. federal policy analysis and advocacy for Clean Air Task Force, a global climate and clean energy think tank. Previously, she worked on the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee staff.

Emily received a master’s degree from the Yale University School of the Environment, where she was also a Kerry Fellow at the Jackson Institute for Global Affairs. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in earth and oceanographic science and environmental studies from Bowdoin College. She currently lives in Washington, D.C.
