Emily Tucker

Vice President

Emily is a Vice President on Capstone’s energy team. She advises clients on topics across the energy and environmental policy landscape, including clean energy tax credits, environmental regulations, and carbon management.

Prior to joining Capstone, Emily worked on US federal policy analysis and advocacy for the Clean Air Task Force, a global climate and clean energy think tank. She also was a member of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee staff.

Emily received a master’s degree from the Yale University School of the Environment, where she was a Kerry Fellow at the Jackson Institute for Global Affairs. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in earth and oceanographic science and environmental studies from Bowdoin College. She lives in Washington, DC.
