Christopher Malcomson is a Senior Associate on Capstone’s energy team. He advises clients on the regulatory landscape for upstream and midstream infrastructure, the outlook for fuel economy and electric vehicle policy, and developments related to the Department of Energy’s Loan Program Office.
Before joining Capstone, Christopher worked for Rapidan Energy Group as an Energy Policy Analyst where he covered all-things US energy policy and led the development of the firm’s 25-year global electric-vehicle and light-duty fleet model. While completing his undergrad, Christopher covered the offshore wind sector as an intern for the Bipartisan Policy Center’s Energy Team.
In 2022, Christopher graduated from the George Washington University with a double major in Economics and Political Science.
