Eric leads Capstone’s Global Energy & Sustainability Practice as a Managing Director. Eric and his team advise leading energy companies, private equity firms, and hedge funds on investment decisions, M&A, and corporate strategy.
Eric has particular expertise in the energy transition and sustainability sectors, with significant due diligence experience on M&A transactions involving solar and wind power, renewable natural gas (RNG), clean fuels, and utilities.
Eric and his team have led investor due diligence on over 100 M&A transactions including acquisitions of major utilities, renewable energy platforms, power plants, battery storage, clean fuels, and energy services companies.
Eric has a background in investment banking, consulting, and energy policy, which drive his holistic approach to helping clients invest in energy transition and sustainability opportunities.
Prior to joining Capstone in 2013, Eric was an Equity Research Analyst at a boutique investment bank.
