Eva Borbely is a Director on Capstone’s European Business Services and Technology, Media, and Telecommunications teams. She joined Capstone in 2018 and has worked on more than 30 due diligence projects across the financial services, business services, and technology sectors. She also advises clients on policy issues including gambling reform, the gig economy, data privacy, and digital markets regulation in Europe.
Prior to joining Capstone, Eva worked with a value-focused fund investing in small-cap UK equities and has broad experience in financial services through roles at Morgan Stanley and BlackRock. She also spent time at the European Parliament both in Brussels and in the Office of the Secretary-General in Luxembourg.
Eva holds an M.A. in politics and international relations from the University of Aberdeen and an M.Sc. in European politics and law from the University of Glasgow. Originally from Budapest, Hungary, she currently lives in London.
