Zhanara joined Capstone in 2024 as a Sales Operations Specialist Associate on the Sales team.
Prior to joining Capstone, Zhanara interned at a Boston-based investment bank and worked as an IT Finance Analyst at Aptiv. She also launched and managed a sustainable fashion startup, leading her to transition into operations-focused analytics.
Zhanara graduated magna cum laude from Babson College with a bachelor’s in business administration. Originally from Kazakhstan, she now resides in Washington, DC.
