T.J. joined Capstone in 2024 as a Vice President on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications team.
Prior to joining Capstone, T.J. worked in broadband infrastructure policy and program management for the State of Wisconsin, expanding internet access through federal and state grant programs. Before that, he spent time working on internet governance policy for the NTIA’s Office of International Affairs. His background also includes experience on the investment teams of several private equity firms.
T.J. earned a master’s in international affairs in international security policy from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a bachelor’s in finance and real estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
