Thomas is Capstone’s Head of Research & Strategy and a Senior Managing Director at the firm. Across all clients, geographies, and sectors, he oversees the firm’s services, products, and strategy.
Previously, Thomas led Capstone’s US Financial Services & Business Services practice. For about a decade, he advised clients on issues across banking, insurance, consumer finance, fintech, wealth & asset management, markets, payments, education, and business services. In prior roles, he served as a publishing analyst for Capstone’s capital markets clients, oversaw corporate advisory engagements, and led well over 100 private equity diligence engagements.
Thomas graduated with a B.A. from McGill University and is a CFA charterholder. He lives with his wife in Washington, DC.
