Joining Capstone in 2023, Sophie is a Senior Associate on the Human Resources Team. Since joining, she has taken on responsibilities across recruitment, onboarding, benefits management, office operations, and the internship program.
Prior to joining Capstone, Sophie held several years’ experience in the hospitality industry where she most notably served as a Human Resources Intern for a global hospitality company supporting their compensation and benefits, DEI, and new hire onboarding teams.
Sophie graduated from the University of Maryland in 2023 with a degree in psychology and business. Originally from Baltimore, she now resides in Washington, DC.
