Sara is an Associate in the EU Corporate Advisory team in Brussels where she collaborates with a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. Her work involves advising on investment strategy across Europe, ensuring that commercial objectives are aligned with the evolving European policy framework. Additionally, she develops corporate governmental relations and engagement strategies in Brussels and across EU member states, addressing issues such as economic security and cross-border regulatory barriers.
Before Joining Capstone, Sara worked at Global Counsel in the Trade and Industrial Policy practice where she provided clear assessments of the impact of EU trade, market access, and European preference policies on business models and supply chains across different industrial sectors. Earlier in his career, Sara developed expertise at the intersection of competition and industrial policy. She also spent time at the WTO where she strengthened her understanding of global trade policy implementation and emerging international trends.
Sara holds a law degree from the University of Rome “La Sapienza,” a master’s degree in international law from Paris, and an LL.M. in International Trade Law from the University of Amsterdam.
