Pauline joined Capstone in 2024 as a Senior Associate in the London Financial Services and Technology Team. She works primarily with private equity investors and corporate clients, providing strategic advisory services and regulatory due diligence for buy-side, sell-side, and M&A transactions in the UK and Europe.
Prior to joining Capstone, Pauline spent two years working in the Insurance Department of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Before the FCA, she joined the Lloyd’s of London in the Innovation Team. She began a career at the private equity firm Ardian, working in their Fund of Funds division.
Pauline graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE) with an MSc in Public Policy and Public Management. For her undergraduate studies, she studied International Relations in Paris.
