Lorenz joined Capstone in 2024 as a Vice President on the Private Equity sales team. He works closely with private equity investors and their portfolio companies to navigate transaction-related risks and opportunities driven by policy and legislation.
Before joining Capstone, Lorenz was a Vice President at AlphaSights, a global industry research platform, where he led the Americas Large Cap Private Equity business. In this role, he was responsible for sales, account management, and the growth of client-facing teams in New York and San Francisco. Earlier in his career, Lorenz spent two years at the AlphaSights Dubai office, where he played a key role in expanding the company’s client base across the Middle East.
Lorenz holds a B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies and Arabic from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. Originally from the Catskill Mountains in New York, he now resides in Brooklyn.
