Katherine joined the Operations Team at Capstone in 2024 as the Executive Assistant to three managing directors at the firm and has also supported Capstone’s CEO, David Barrosse. As of March 2025, she now serves the firm as Operations Associate, assisting the team with various day-to-day challenges as well as running improvement and expansion projects for Capstone.
Prior to joining Capstone, Katherine worked in operations within the car rental industry, the housing market industry, and the trade show and non-profit world. In her current role, Katherine blends her diverse experience to build an effective working environment and provide efficient and thorough solutions to various operational challenges.
Katherine received her B.A. in sociology from Christopher Newport University and her Master of Public Administration from the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University. A Washington DC area native, she currently resides in Virginia.
