Katherine joined the Operations Team at Capstone in 2024 as the Executive Assistant to three managing directors at the firm and has since transitioned to support Capstone’s CEO, David Barrosse.
Prior to joining Capstone, Katherine worked in the operational departments of industries such as car rentals, the housing market, and the trade show and non-profit world. In her current role, Katherine blends her diverse experience to build an effective working environment and provide efficient and thorough solutions to daily operational challenges.
Katherine received her B.A. in sociology from Christopher Newport University and her Master of Public Administration from the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University. A Washington DC area native, she currently resides in Virginia.
