Kate joined Capstone in July of 2024 as an Analyst on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications team.
She recently graduated from Washington and Lee University with a B.A. in both sociology and religion, where she also worked as an editor at the Student Writing Center. Kate was the California State Chair for the W&L Mock Convention, a student-led mock presidential nominating convention for which she led political research, outreach, and operations for her home state’s delegation. In 2023, Kate was an intern at Capstone and worked with the TMT, Financial Services, and Content Strategy teams specializing in policy issues surrounding copyright laws, junk fees, and content moderation.
Originally from Marin County, California, she now resides in Washington, DC.
