John joined Capstone in 2025 as a Vice President on the Private Equity sales team. He works closely with private equity investors and corporate clients in the healthcare space to provide market insights and help identify transaction-related risks and tailwinds driven by policy and regulation.
Prior to joining Capstone, John was a Sales Director at Grata where he led the firm’s go-to-market strategy for the investment banking segment. He previously held Account Management roles at Mergermarket and Gartner. He began his career at a boutique M&A advisory firm based in Washington, DC where he was focused on business development and relationship management. John earned a B.A. in economics from Wake Forest University and lives in Arlington, VA with his family.
