John joined Capstone in 2025 as a Vice President on the Private Equity Business Development team. He works closely with private equity investors and corporate clients in the healthcare space to provide market insights and help identify transaction-related risks and tailwinds driven by policy and regulation.
Prior to joining Capstone, John was a Sales Director at Grata where he led the firm’s go-to-market strategy for the investment banking segment. He previously held Account Management roles at Mergermarket and Gartner. He began his career at a boutique M&A advisory firm based in Washington, DC where he was focused on business development and relationship management. John earned a B.A. in economics from Wake Forest University and lives in Arlington, VA with his family.
