Ishika joins Capstone as an Associate on the Financial Services team through the Capstone Associate Program. Prior to joining Capstone, she served as a Research Analyst with the Fletcher School’s Institute for Business in the Global Context Digital Planet Initiative. She was also an Oslo Scholar with Defiende Venezuela, and interned at WeConnect International.
Ishika earned a BA in Economics and BA International Relations from Tufts University in May 2025. At Tufts, she was an Editor-in-Chief of Hemispheres, the Tufts Undergraduate Journal of International Affairs. She also completed a senior honors thesis in Economics, titled “The Impact of Nepal’s Child Grant on Children’s Well-Being and Women’s Economic Empowerment.”
