In her role, Haley identifies, prioritizes, and executes high-impact strategies that align with business goals, while ensuring operational efficiency and seamless execution across departments.
With over 15 years of experience in operational leadership, Haley excels in guiding cross-functional teams through change management initiatives, fostering a culture of adaptability, and continuously improving processes to drive results. Prior to joining Capstone, Haley served as Chief of Staff at Capital One, where she was instrumental in establishing scalable processes, driving operational rigor, and collaborating with senior leadership to achieve business objectives.
Haley holds a BA from Emory University and an MS from the University of Pennsylvania. She resides in Northern Virginia with her family.
