Grace joined Capstone in 2025 as a Senior Associate on the Special Situations team.
Prior to joining Capstone, she worked as a Credit Risk Analyst at Freddie Mac, where she evaluated borrower credit requirements to assess loan risk and inform credit policy decisions. During her tenure at Freddie Mac, Grace supported initiatives focused on loan eligibility, risk mitigation and housing sustainability.
Grace earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate and business management from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Originally from Maryland, Grace now lives in Washington, DC.
