Giselle is a Senior Associate on the National Security team, working with clients to navigate complex regulatory issues and generate actionable market insights.
Prior to joining Capstone, Giselle was a Senior Consultant in the Defense and Security Segment at Guidehouse, embedded at the U.S. Department of State. She supported the Global Defense Reform Program, overseeing advisors deployed across the Western Hemisphere to strengthen security sector governance and build institutional defense capacity in partner nations, and also worked with the Global Engagement Center on countering foreign disinformation campaigns. Before Guidehouse, Giselle was a member of the research team at Artisan Partners’ EMsights Capital Group, where she analyzed financial, political, and macroeconomic developments across emerging markets.
Giselle earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Emmanuel College. She resides in Washington, DC.
