Emma is a Managing Director and leads Capstone’s European Corporate Health offer. She joined Capstone in 2026 and advises multinational clients where health policy is central to commercialstrategy. She has deep expertise in EU and international market and patient access frameworks, providing clients with strategic guidance and advice around the policy and political landscape where it will have an impact on their business. She works closely with our trade, technology and sustainability teams to deliver integrated cross-border advisory solutions to a client base that includes life sciences, health and med tech and that supports investor services clients requiring political and policy due diligence.
Emma has a range of experience, working in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Capstone, Emma spent nearly 15 years as a consultant in the health space, building market-leading health advisory teams to support global pharmaceutical companies on their market access and commercial strategies. She has worked in-house for Genzyme and Swedish Orphan Biovitrum (Sobi).
Emma earned a dual honours degree in Politics with French from the University of Warwick. She lives in the UK.
