Eli joined Capstone’s national security team as an analyst in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, he was a strategic advisory consultant at The Cohen Group, where he provided government relations support, geopolitical risk assessments, and business development strategies for companies across the defense industrial supply chain. He specializes in European and Asia-Pacific defense market analysis and has experience advising on DoD acquisition and the Foreign Military Sales process. While completing his undergraduate degree, Eli interned with Aviation Week’s defense analytics team and the Transportation Security Administration.
Eli holds a BA in International Studies from American University and resides in Washington, D.C.
