Dolma Tsering is a Senior Associate on Capstone’s Healthcare team. Prior to joining Capstone, she served as a policy analyst at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on the implementation and oversight of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace Exchange. Dolma has also worked as a research coordinator at an Academic Medical Center in Boston overseeing and contributing to healthcare services research.
Dolma holds an MPH in Health Policy & Management from Yale School of Public Health and BS in Psychology from UMass Amherst.
