Deirdre is a Senior Associate on the Business Services and Tech team, advising on policy and regulatory due diligence for UK and European private equity clients transacting across a range of markets. Prior to joining Capstone, she was a Senior Associate at Global Counsel where she supported buy-and sell-side engagements spanning key industries including education, healthcare, environmental and financial services. She previously worked in investor relations with experience advising the management teams of public and private companies to help communicate their equity story to the wider market.
Deirdre graduated from University College London with a master’s degree in international public policy. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in History and Politics from the University of Edinburgh.
