Dania joined Capstone in 2024 as Vice President of Talent Acquisition. In her role, she helps support the firm’s exponential growth by leading its global recruitment efforts.
Prior to joining Capstone, Dania started her career in Executive Search focused on financial and professional services in New York. Her most recent roles were at SMBC, where she led recruiting for its Corporate Investment Banking and Capital Markets divisions across North America and LATAM; and FT Partners, where she supported the growth of the firm globally helping build its Equity Research and Investment Banking teams. Dania graduated with a B.A. in international business and finance from the American Business School of Paris.
