Charlotte joined Capstone in 2022 as an analyst on the energy and industrials team. Prior to joining Capstone, Charlotte worked at a policy research firm advising institutional investors as a senior research analyst, where she led coverage of the energy sector. Beyond her work in energy, she has also researched and advised investors on issues in politics, healthcare, and financial services. Charlotte has interned in the Senate in the office of Senator Brian Schatz and at Human Rights Watch and the National Center for Disaster Preparedness in New York City. Before these experiences, she also worked as a litigation paralegal primarily with the white-collar defense and commercial litigation groups at Steptoe & Johnson LLP in New York City. Charlotte received a B.A. from the University of Michigan with a major in Political Science and a Master’s in Public Health from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health. Originally from Pennsylvania, she currently lives in Washington, DC.
