Charlotte joined Capstone in 2022 as an Analyst on the Energy and Industrials team. Prior to joining Capstone, Charlotte worked at a policy research firm advising institutional investors as a senior research analyst, where she led coverage of the energy sector. Beyond her work in energy, Charlotte also researched and advised investors on issues in politics, healthcare, and financial services. She interned in the Senate in the office of Senator Brian Schatz, as well as at Human Rights Watch and the National Center for Disaster Preparedness in New York City. Before these experiences, Charlotte worked as a Litigation Paralegal with the white-collar defense and commercial litigation groups at Steptoe & Johnson LLP in New York City.
She received a B.A. from the University of Michigan with a major in Political Science and a Master’s in Public Health from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health. Originally from Pennsylvania, Charlotte currently lives in Washington, DC.
