Caroline joined Capstone in 2026 as Vice President of Learning & Development. In her role, she helps support the firm’s growth by building the learning strategy and scalable talent development programs that prepare employees at every career stage.
Prior to joining Capstone, Caroline led the performance and development ecosystem at American University, overseeing onboarding, mentoring, training, and Workday Learning optimization. Previously, she served as Director of Learning & Development at Chemonics International, where she headed global learning for a 6,000-person workforce across more than 70 countries. Earlier in her career, Caroline served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Bluefields, Nicaragua and as an English Language Fellow with the U.S. Department of State in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Caroline holds a master’s degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Alabama and is an ATD Master Instructional Designer. She lives with her husband and son in Washington, D.C.
