Carlos joined the Operations Team at Capstone in 2024 as the Project Coordinator & Executive Assistant to Thomas Dee, Eric Scheriff, and Daniel Silverberg.
Prior to joining Capstone, Carlos worked as a government consultant supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Veterans Experience Office (VEO) and Veterans Health Administration (VHA). He has experience in corporate IT, management consulting, and legal services support.
In 2024, Carlos obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) certification, leveraging continuous improvement strategies to quantify results.
Carlos received a B.S. in Cybersecurity from Old Dominion University in 2020, and a Master of Public Administration from Old Dominion University’s Strome College of Business in 2024.
Originally from Washington, DC, Carlos now resides in Maryland.
