Carlos joined the Operations Team at Capstone in 2024 as the Project Coordinator & Executive Assistant to Thomas Dee, Eric Scheriff, and Daniel Silverberg.
Prior to joining Capstone, Carlos worked as a government consultant supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Veterans Experience Office (VEO) and Veterans Health Administration (VHA). He has experience in corporate IT, management consulting, and legal services support.
In 2024, Carlos obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) certification, leveraging continuous improvement strategies to quantify results.
Carlos graduated from Old Dominion University with a degree in Cybersecurity, concentrating on Cyber Policy and Information Assurance. He is currently pursuing a master’s in Public Administration from Old Dominion University to bridge his operations expertise with policy.
Originally from Washington, DC, Carlos now resides in Maryland.
