Bradley joined Capstone in November 2025 as a Talent Acquisition & HR Associate, where he helps drive the firm’s efforts to attract, engage, and retain top talent across all functions.
Prior to joining Capstone, he worked as an Associate in executive search, specializing in sourcing and recruiting for finance and accounting roles. In this capacity, he partnered closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, identify high-quality candidates, and build lasting professional relationships.
Bradley graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a degree in Psychology. Originally from Potomac, Maryland, he enjoys spending his free time outdoors, particularly on the golf course or fly fishing whenever he gets the chance.
