Andrew joined Capstone in 2024 as an analyst on the Energy team. Prior to joining Capstone, Andrew worked at the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of International Affairs, where he covered trade and industrial policy, including the implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act. He also has experience at the US Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration.
Andrew graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in government and minor in economics and French. Originally hailing from Boston, Andrew now lives in Washington DC.
