Alessandro is a Director in the Capstone Solutions European team, based in Brussels. He advises global corporates navigating policy and political developments and mitigate risks to their global business model and supply chains.
Alessandro has spent almost 10 years in corporate advisory. Prior to Capstone, Alessandro was a Director in the Trade and Industrial Policy team at Global Counsel, a strategic advisory firm. At Global Counsel, he led the Brussels team advising corporates on how to protect their license to operate in the EU, enter the EU market and build political brand to support their commercial objectives. During his time at Global Counsel, he focussed on policy and regulatory frameworks affecting cross-border supply chains and investment.
Before Global Counsel, Alessandro worked in a EU trade association, as well as for the government relations department of an Italian bank.
He holds a Master’s double degree in Economics and International Politics, having studied in Italy, Switzerland and Copenhagen.
