Alec joined Capstone in 2021 as an Analyst on the Special Situations team. He advises capital market and private equity clients on agriculture policy changes; telecommunications regulation and broadband funding; as well as federal actions for agencies such as the US Department of Agriculture, Federal Communications Commission, and the US Food and Drug Administration.
Before joining Capstone, Alec was part of the Capital Markets & Portfolio Management Rotational Program at Freddie Mac, where he gained experience on various capital markets and risk management desks.
Alec graduated with a B.S. in quantitative finance from James Madison University and is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
