Capstone's Pathway Program
Capstone’s PATHWAY Program is a 9-week rotational summer internship program with opportunities in research, business development, and outreach. The PATHWAY program begins with orientation and training sessions to introduce you to the firm and your respective business functions. Throughout the program, you will get hands-on experience through a blended learning experience – real-time engagements, classroom, and virtual trainings.

The PATHWAY Program supports an intern’s learning journey by assigning dedicated mentors, organizing lunch and learn sessions with different business teams, intern-specific training sessions, encouraging participation in our policy events, as well as completion of a final project that includes a firm-wide presentation.
This is your opportunity to work on projects that matter to our clients, to bring solutions to life and lead with ideas. The PATHWAY internship is designed not only for you to learn, do great work, and grow, but also to experience our collegial culture where great minds, differentiated ideas, deep-dive research and strategic business decisions intersect to make a difference – each and every day.
Application
Applications open early October and will remain open through the winter. The application portal can be found on our website, LinkedIn, and Handshake. The application process is expected to span 3-4 weeks, starting with an initial HR screening for qualified candidates, followed by a test case, with a one-week timeframe for completion. Successful candidates will then meet with senior members of our team for a final interview round. Due to the significant number of applications received, only candidates who move to the interview stage will be contacted.
