Capstone's Associate Program
Capstone’s Associate Program (CAP) is a year-long program that is designed for recent graduates and early career professionals to gain experience in policy research, investment analysis, and strategy consulting. You will expand your skills and knowledge by contributing to active client engagements and participating in a consistent schedule of training sessions.
Desirable Candidates Possess:
- Analytical Capabilities: Skilled at breaking down complex business and policy issues using both quantitative and qualitative research methods. Adept at blending primary and secondary research—such as analyzing large datasets, reviewing public records, and conducting stakeholder interviews—to develop clear, actionable insights.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong aptitude for working collaboratively with dynamic, cross-functional teams to complete due diligence and other client projects.
- Passion: Committed to understanding how policy and regulatory changes influence investment decisions, and to developing effective, tailored strategies that help clients navigate these shifts.
Application
Applications open early September 2025. We are seeking recent graduates and early career professionals (one year post grad) with Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in any field, policy or financial fields preferred. The application portal can be found on our website as well as thorough many US based colleges via Handshake. The application process is expected to span 3-4 weeks, starting with an initial HR screening for qualified candidates, followed by a test case, with a one-week timeframe for completion. Successful candidates will then meet with senior members of our team for a final interview round.
