Giselle is a Senior Associate on the National Security team, working with clients to navigate complex regulatory issues and generate actionable market insights.
Prior to joining Capstone, Giselle served as a Senior Consultant in the Defense and Security Segment at Guidehouse, embedded at the U.S. Department of State. Her work primarily spanned three teams: the Global Defense Reform Program (GDRP), where she oversaw a cadre of advisors deployed across the Western Hemisphere to strengthen security sector governance and build institutional defense capacity in partner nations across strategic domains including national security planning, cyber strategy, and defense industrial base development; the Global Engagement Center (GEC), where she focused on countering foreign disinformation and propaganda; and the Center for Analytics (CfA), where she assisted in driving the strategic implementation of an Enterprise Data Catalog and the governance challenges that accompanied it. Before Guidehouse, Giselle was a member of the research team at Artisan Partners’ EMsights Capital Group, where she analyzed financial, political, and macroeconomic developments across emerging markets and built proprietary tools to track global trade flows and local bond markets.
Giselle earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Emmanuel College. She resides in Washington, DC.
