Harri is a Vice President in the London office of Capstone. He brings a wealth of experience at the intersection of politics, policy, and investment, with a particular focus on advising global investors on political risk and opportunities affecting their assets, alongside expertise in impact investing, ESG, and sustainable finance.
Most recently at Global Counsel, Harri led the firm’s retained relationships with a portfolio of global investor clients, overseeing the company’s advice to these clients on political risk and opportunity across their portfolios and sectors, helping them navigate complex and rapidly evolving policy landscapes. In addition, he served throughout his time at the firm as the firm’s lead adviser on impact investing, sustainable finance, and ESG.
Prior to this, Harri was a senior adviser to the UK government on policies to scale impact investing markets, working hand-in-hand with institutional investors to catalyse capital into strategically important environmental and social outcomes. Earlier in his career, he worked across various roles in public policy research and gained on-the-ground experience driving investment into rural SMEs in Eastern Uganda.
Harri is a graduate of University College London, where he earned a Master’s in Public Policy, and of University of Warwick, where he completed a Bachelor’s in Philosophy, Politics and Economics.
