Caroline joined Capstone in 2025 as a Senior Associate on the Healthcare team. Prior to joining Capstone, she worked at Berkeley Research Group, researching healthcare policy, MD regulatory model, and CMI cost reports. She also interned for Congressman John P. Sarbanes of Maryland managing constituent correspondence, drafting briefs, and monitoring Congressional hearings.
Caroline earned a BA in Public Health and International Relations from Brown University. Originally from Annapolis, Maryland, she now lives in Washington, DC.
