Allison joined Capstone in 2025 as a member of the Outreach team. Before that, she worked in international development, where she focused on advancing women’s civic and political participation and leadership worldwide. She previously served as a lobbyist advocating for the legislative priorities of Montana university students and as a government contractor supporting process improvement initiatives at the Defense Logistics Agency. Allison has also represented Montana as a delegate to both the United States Senate Youth Program and the Henry Clay Center for Statesmanship.
She holds a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Global Health from Montana State University. Originally from Montana, Allison is an avid skier and wood carver, and she now resides in Washington, D.C.
