Bharati joined Capstone in 2025 as an Associate with the London Financial and Business Services Team. In her role, she works closely with private equity investors and corporate clients, delivering insights on strategic risks and opportunities through comprehensive policy and regulatory due diligence for buy-side, sell-side, and M&A transactions across the UK and Europe.
Prior to joining Capstone, Bharati worked with Vaia Climate, a boutique investment and sustainability advisory firm, where she focused on early-stage investments in the global south, with a particular emphasis on sustainable development and climate solutions.
Bharati holds a Master’s in Management degree from EDHEC Business School, specializing in corporate finance.
