Mansi joined Capstone in March 2025 as an Associate on the Human Resources team. Prior to joining Capstone, she served as an Administrative Assistant to the President of Eurasia Foundation, a DC-based international development organization that aims to build resilient communities abroad. She additionally gained valuable experience during her internships at the Virginia Governor’s Office of DEIA and Princess Taghrid Institute, and non-profit based out of Amman, Jordan. Mansi’s background has enabled her to approach human resources at Capstone with a well-rounded perspective, focusing on both operational efficiency and fostering an inclusive, positive workplace.
Mansi graduated from the University of Virgina in 2023 with a degree in Global Security and Justice. Originally from Newport News, VA, she now resides in Arlington, VA.
